Experience
I believe every student can be successful. I have 16 years of experience teaching children at the middle school and elementary school level, and I've seen firsthand the success students can have in learning even the most challenging topics for them when provided with the right resources and teaching approach. I utilize a lot of differentiated instruction with my students, and I leverage my own creativity to teach to students in the way they learn best. In addition to my experience as a teacher, I've also given Common Core workshops, and I'm intimately familiar with the expectations of state assessment exams.
